For more than 55 years, our manufacturing facility has been committed to maintaining the highest standards in safety, health and environmental (SH&E) performance while positively impacting the community in which we operate.
Our facility consists of more than 100 employees working in the manufacture of carbon blacks for elastomer reinforcement for the tire and industrial rubber product industries, as well as specialty carbons for plastics, inks, coatings and a variety of other applications. Serving customers located primarily in South America, we continually strive to provide top quality products and the highest level of customer service.

Campana welcomes former employees
Recently, retirees from Cabot Argentina visited the Campana Plant to remember and learn about the new processes of the plant.
A total of 19 former employees took a tour of the site's facilities, including our new energy center. It was an emotional day, where the happiness and desire to thank the place where they spent many years of their lives were present throughout the meeting. Between anecdotes, memories and names of those people who guided their career, they enjoyed the time shared in the place that saw them grow professionally and that will always have its doors open to welcome them.
Campana awarded “La Orden de la Campana”
Recently, we were awarded “La Orden de la Campana” by the Campana Union Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CUCEI).
This award recognizes people or institutions in Campana that excel in their respective fields and make a positive impact in the community.
60 Years of Operation
In 2022, we celebrated our 60th anniversary of operation. To commemorate this occasion, the Mayor of Campana, Sebastián Abella visited our site and applauded us for contributing to the growth and development of the area as well as our unwavering commitment to sustainability.
We are the first Cabot facility in South America to reach this milestone, reflecting the commitment and professionalism of our entire team.
60th Anniversary
On July 14, Cabot Argentina celebrated its 60th Anniversary. To honor this day, all Campana´s employees shared a wonderful lunch together in a country house.
Understanding the importance of the legacy Cabot brings to the country, retirees were also invited. It was a beautiful experience because current employees had the opportunity to meet those who have started this great story.
Hosting Local Students
We engage with students at local high schools and universities throughout the year to discuss science and the manufacturing process and provide a tour of our facility.
In 2023, Cabot Argentina reached a very important milestone in Safety: 7 years with no recordable accidents. This is an achievement made thanks to the commitment, effort, culture, and teamwork of all the collaborators.

Volunteering at a Local Canteen
Over a period of two months we volunteered our help at the “Caricias del Alma Canteen,” which includes an organic garden that provides crops daily to children in the community.
Charitable Donations
We regularly make donations of clothing, shoes, cleaning supplies, books and electronics to schools, children's homes and other non-governmental organizations in our community.
